Sooner or later the weather will warm and we will be faced with the potential for risk-takers or avid outdoorsmen being stranded on ice flows and falling into the water as ice thins.

The temperatures in Northern Ohio and other parts of the country have been cold enough to give us some ice for training. This is just a quick post with a few reminders and ideas for training.
