There is only so much radio space to communicate strategic/tactical/task assignments, status changes, and priority traffic. Think about the extra useless words we use on the radio when communicating and make it a practice to eliminate them from the airwaves.
Sometimes years of habit need reset. For example, At This Time… and Be Advised… are two crutches used all too often on the radio that fill space for more important information. What other time is it then at this time? And, if you are talking on the radio it should be important so there is no reason to advise to the recipient of the pending message.
